Immaculate studying place and truly a place to get stuff done

I was on the third floor of the library on November 30 between 8–9 PM. During this time, a young woman working as the library clerk and a campus patrol officer were talking loudly, laughing, and discussing parties and drinking; as well as inappropriate and explicit details all whilst I was trying to get some class work done and had my child with me as he was trying to get some homework done. I love studying here. It can get loud on the 1st and 2nd floor. I usually just use my EarPods for nice cancellation.

I am a tech professional who was looking for a quiet place to study and prepare for an upcoming interview. Based on local recommendations, I decided to check this this place out. The library offers free access to the general public with plenty of seating. Wifi is available for free. There is a cafeteria inside but looks like it is not open on weekends. Parking lot is available within five minutes walking distance from main building, but you have to purchase a day permit ($5 dollars as of May 2025). Overall, a good place to s... read more
