She provided me with a warm, inviting, insightful, safe, and judgement free space to take better care of myself. I saw Tania at a very low time in my life and from the moment I laid eyes on her, I knew she was the person I needed. She is kind, gentle and extremely empathetic. I was reluctant to try the sand play and figurine therapy initially but surprisingly found it very therapeutic and helpful. I can’t recommend Tania enough. She is amazing!!

Tania is the most empathetic and caring therapist I have ever seen, and I’ve seen around 20 over the years. She cares. Genuinely. Deeply. Her techniques of symbol work and sand play are surprisingly effective at accessing the unconscious and frequently move me to tears, and have allowed me to embody my true self repeatedly which I thought I had lost forever. Before seeing Tania I felt overwhelmed, frustrated, struggling and misunderstood.
