I booked a massage. They said to come, drove 15 mins got there and they said I didn't book when I did book, and would need to wait 1 hour. This is not how you do business
I visit Tang's massage for back and shoulder pain relief. I have always experienced professional and therapeutic treatment. If I book in advance I can usually request a particular therapist, if they are not available an appointment with another therapist can be made quickly without a long wait.
Came for a full body massage, left with a sore back and regrets. Apparently, “full body” here means “just your back, if you’re lucky.” Unless your idea of relaxation is getting lightly slapped around while wondering where the rest of the massage went—this is not the place for you. 10/10 would not recommend, unless you’re into confusion and disappointment.
