Worse delivery service I had experienced. The delivery guys were extremely impatient, when we asked them to double check the mattress model since the color of the item were totally different than the one we ordered. They then blamed us on ordering the wrong one, I mean really? Your boss just called an hour earlier to confirm the item model.. After such bad attitude, they chased for TIPS, even though we paid 100+ for delivery.
Jenny did an amazing job in helping me buy my furniture. I appreciate her service and hard work
