I am rating the hairdresser Cathy... She ruined my hair completely due to over bleaching. I had to get a buzz cut! She blamed me on me and charged me for the it. I left in tears. She didn't take any accountability. She never apologized. I already had to spent so much money on products and cuts. She doesn't have any expertise in hair bleaching. Avoid at all cost!!!
I had a very disappointing experience. I was charged $60 for a single color with very minimal length, which is completely unreasonable. The quality of the work was poor—no proper finishing, and the overall result looked rushed and unprofessional. On top of that, she actually burned one of my fingers with the drill, which is unacceptable. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. It felt like a complete waste of money for a service that was more damaging than helpful
I have been coming here for many years. The staff are very caring and are always trying to please their customers. I always get so many compliments on my nails! Highly recommend coming here if you want cute and stylish nails :)
