December 1 2025. Having to spend 2hours and 45 min to talk to someone is absolutely absurd. This back has become the worst nightmare. This back has gone downhill fast. Its horrible bank to deal with. Maybe get you employees to do there jobs or start to hire more people. Scotia needs to get there heads out of there butts and hire more reliable people to work for them.
