Disgusting customer service , staff can not understand basic English. I had some fraud charges and told them to cancel the card and girl was asking me to cancel the whole credit and I told that lady I did not ask you to cancel the credit I asked you to cancel the card and she was like keep the conversation professional. Like seriously. And staff lie to you all the time
I was optimistic about the opportunity to do banking without any people involved in-person or at the teller desks. I thought it might be a nice change of pace to perform all of my online duties and tasks with pre-recorded messages and call center people with accents and attitudes in countries they don't need to identify with.
