The entire staff is friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. The operation is well run and has a pleasant atmosphere.
I am currently receiving PT for the second time at the Taneytown, MD location. Last year I received excellent care for strengthening my kneecap. The ongoing exercises that I continued after the sessions ended have kept my kneecap in place with no more pain. When I broke my wrist recently and needed surgery to repair bone fragments, I requested to receive my PT from the same group. They are upbeat and have a “you can do this” approach. I have been to CAO Therapy several times. Julie does an amazing job with getting you set up for your evaluation and knowledgeable information about how ,and exactly what you need. Jenn, and Britney are also very knowledgeable in their field. All are very nice and friendly, make you feel comfortable as possible. Highly recommended.
