Called 2 days later, saying they don’t take our secondary insurance after appointments were set up to start the following Monday. Very disorganized, and never sent paperwork either! They are in need of office personnel. Spoke to Brittney, and wasn’t helpful what so ever even when I called asking for paperwork!
The staff is very professional, very helful with your PT needs, and very much interested in your physical objectives.
The entire staff is friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. The operation is well run and has a pleasant atmosphere.
