The lady was very rude ...if you hate your job get a new one !
I called needing information for my property taxes. The gentleman who helped me was named Bill, he was informative and very professional over the phone. It was an easy conversation and I am thankful for his help.
I had filed my assessment online and received an email that it hadn't gone through. I called the office. I HAD to write a review... because I spoke with Keith. His professionalism and personality/kindness was so refreshing to deal with and he affirmed that all was well. What a beautiful attitude and helpful spirit he had. Very grateful.
