Worst service I have ever encountered. – Pictures using lousy backgrounds. Never answers calls or has ready excuses for everything. Took over a year to replace two engagement pictures that were damaged by his sloppy shipping procedures. My daughter has still not received the wedding album as paid for and promised 11 MONTHS ago. He is probably out of business or operating under a different name so beware.
