Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting with Dee at the Milton Branch. She took her time to help me with all my banking needs. Such a kind and courteous person. A real pleasure doing banking here. Dee gave me fabulous customer service. I will enjoy banking with Tandia.
My experience with Tandia has been nothing short of excellence. I have been dealing with Muriel for several years, she is very professional and assists us with all our banking needs. I will often call for help with banking enquiries and Muriel is quick to respond and help with any issues. I recently needed help with an overseas transaction. Dee Vithalbhai went above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly. I appreciated the several emails and telephone calls which made for a seamless process. Thank you Dee.
This five star rating is based solely on the service received from Muriel Green. My rating is to acknowledge/recognize something positive after a very negative experience at the branch. Earlier this week, a very upsetting incident involving another employee (she started working at this branch in the summer) took place.
