I have been banking with Tandia for more than 30 years and I am always happy with the services they provide.
They lock the front door takes a minute to figure out that they’ve locked it and you can’t open it. You have to wait a long time. One person working the changes they’ve made. It’s really slowed down things. Hopefully everything goes to AI and automated things get faster that would be nice because this is a waste of time and money doing it this way.
Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and most importantly very patient!
