Ordered some parts. Decided I was gonna a different route and contacted them to not ship the parts out since it haven't even been processed or shipped yet they told they will ship it no matter what and I would have to start a return so they can get the 20% re stocking fee plus shipping on my end. Didn't even start my return until I contacted them. Scammy tactics. I would t do business with them ever again. I'll stick to kidd and volquartsen
I love this company post office lost (STOLEN?) my $140 order, the nice Folks at tandemcross sent me a replacement order for free, and even paid the $32 UPS fee they turned a terrible experience into a positive one and saved the sport my wife and I like to enjoy if I could I'd give them 10 Stars I would the best Merchant customer service I've ever seen thanks again tandemcross
I had a Halo having ring and loved it. Recently however I noticed it was not level. Not sure what happened but the small screw became stripped and would not hold. I explained the problem to the folks at TK and the sent me a new ring. This is the first time I had issues with any TK part, but they definitely stand behind their products. Dedicated customer!
So far so Great. The parts I have from them which is quite a few have all been well made and exceeded expectations for price point. Made my 10-22 and my Pc Carbine so much more of a pleasure to use! So far customer service has been good! Would recommend!
They don’t just make good guns great, they make great customer service AMAZING. I had a tiny issue that was quickly resolved by their wonderful warranty and highly responsive customer service. I won’t shop anywhere else for my 22 upgrades.
