Ordered a "new" frame from these guys a few months ago (9 months to be exact). What I got was a wall stock bike with a cut steerer that took 4 weeks to get to perth. initially no bars then after telling them they didn't send any they send a pair of a lower spec and different size to what was agreed. 4k bike frame was sent with no foam or protection at all.. I couldn’t speak more highly of my recent experience with Tom at Tandem & Co. It was my first time purchasing through them and It was fantastic to see Tom taking the time to sit down with me to ascertain what I really wanted to achieve out of a new frame. After considering a number of options together, we landed on a BMC team machine build and it has been nothing short of an absolute dream. I took my Trek 18 speed mountain bike in for a service and they had it running like new in no time. The team really knows about all kinds of bikes. They were super friendly, and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. Fair pricing and quick turnaround. I’ll definitely be back.
