Our Story We love bikes and we love coffee. Tandem Co. was created in 2017, inspired by the Brisbane cycling scene. We wanted to give cyclists a place to meet and refuel offering great coffee and quick feeds. It was my first time purchasing through them and It was fantastic to see Tom taking the time to sit down with me to ascertain what I really wanted to achieve out of a new frame. I took my Trek 18 speed mountain bike in for a service and they had it running like new in no time. The team really knows about all kinds of bikes. They were super friendly, and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. Fair pricing and quick turnaround. I’ll definitely be back.

This is a fantastic bike shop! I’ve had some “mediocre at best” experiences with bike shops in Brisbane but buying my new ENVE bike from Tom and his team was a refreshing change. They are friendly and relaxed but are thorough and give excellent customer service. The build was immaculate and follow up service is second to none. I would not hesitate to shop again at Tandem Co
These guys are fantastic. I initially took my 2019 Supersix Evo into GEAR West End for a service, where the proprietor offered to purchase my bike, but not before quoting $600 to replace my shifter cables, replace my bottom cable guide, and for the rest of the service. Before they magnanimously offered to purchase my bike, in their attempt at accessing the bottom cable guide, they dismantled my bottom bracket which subsequently required replacing.
