Just called to take an appointment for the first time. I did not have the best interaction with the lady on the phone. I asked for a custom massage (relaxation with a little bit of deep tissue) and she was quick to say I make absolutely zero sense. I have been getting massage regularly almost every 2 weeks for the past 4 years and this seemingly nonsensical combo made perfect sense to every masseuse so far, delivering exactly what I meant.
