Horrendous, the masseuse I was given was an absolute trainwreck, one hour massage turned into an interrogation. Needs to take her own advice and get herself a personal trainer, stick to rubbing backs.
My therapist was exceptional. They took the time to ask about my preferences and any problem areas, and tailored the massage to exactly what I needed. The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you

I’ve been visiting Tamworth remedial for over a year now for relief of back and hip pain. Sophie and the team have kept me on my feet and provided great relief from muscle stiffness. The team are professional and provide the right amount of pressure- and happy to adjust on particularly difficult days. I have also enjoyed their salt floats many times. These two floats provide additional relief and are also fantastic to clear my head and recharge the batteries. Highly recommend!
