I bought my vacation package two weeks ago . Travel agent promised me all These different things to be able to book on Royal caribbean Icon of the seas..... nope, not true. I asked for a refund and they told me to 7 to 10 business days. It's been over two weeks no refund. Fyi you don't get to pick any cruise it's Restricted to only a few days and their older ships. :(
