Absolute worst automated system. None of the prompts work. Nothing happens when you enter a number to get to the next phase of process, that annoying voice just keeps talking. Extremely frustrating.
Received a collection notice about tolls that were a year old from a third party collection company (Credit Protection Association LP, an ETAN company). FIRST NOTICE, wow!
Predatory tactics. Sending notices for clearly not my car not my license plate. Only way to dispute is to mail in your dispute since the website to dispute is not operational This is such a predatory scam it’s unbelievable. Lawyers should look in to this for a massive lawsuit
