We moved to FL from NY and already had a trust, proxy & will completed before we moved. We decided to meet with a local estate attorney to make sure that our trust would be honored in FL. We met with Lama Alqasemi at Battaglia, Ross, Dicus & McQuaid in Riverview, FL. She was welcoming and patient with all our questions and concerns, as well as knowledgeable as to what amendments/changes we needed to ensure that our boys would not encounter any obstacles upon our death. Would highly recommend them.
