i am a 62 years female veteran who recently became homeless. Both times i have called Tampa crossroads I have gotten the same person on the phone. He is rude and uncaring. I was referred by the Veterans crisis center they want me to call Tampa Crossroads back but I am afraid I will get the same person. I am currently sleeping in my car.
