It was a pleasure working with Ernie. My husband and I had a simple time going through the buying process. He was always responsive in submitting documents and requesting information. The entire process to get to the closing table took 4 weeks from the moment we saw the MLS to holding the keys. This is all due to their efficiency and hard work along with the collaboration with our realtor, lender, and title company. We were informed at every step.
