I’ve had a great experience with tampa bay federal. But today, not good. My card was suspended because of fraud so I had to go get a new one all the way in tampa. Gave them my pine code, wrote it down on a piece of paper and got my new card. Go to the bank the next day, I try to deposit money, all the money is accepted other than one perfectly good bill, i tried to put the money back it to see it something would change, then i was met with “you’ve reached the maximum amount of times to deposit”. The machine miscounted one of my $100 bills says that I deposit nine but I deposit 10 $100 bills caught it before I went in to the teller machine .
