Great customer service fast easy helpful and knowledgeable too love them they truly help with everything they are fast and courtesy got to give the whole team a high five.
Terrible communications and generally poor service. This is from an 8+ year customer. Their website regularly has problems, their personnel carry insular attitudes and don't return phone calls or emails if "it's not their problem". Zero advocacy on credit issues and blames everyone else. Fees and policies geared to separate you from your money at every opportunity.
Horrible customer service. Took 45 mins for a simple deposit. 2 tellers for 4 open teller lanes and was on hold for 55 mins for customer service. I am changing banks after 15 years. Seems they are not staffed enough and wasting my time
I have been a customer of the MLK branch for almost three years. When I became overdrawn by $14.00 they charged me $96.00 in overdraft fees. I asked that they remove the fees this one time and they wouldn't do it!!! Even after I threatened to pull my loan and accounts. Their lack of customer service is unbelievable!!!!
