Today, the owner of this establishment, Marc, was unapologetic for his horrific actions to someone who was once a loyal customer. Even though I received better offers elsewhere, I wanted to remain a loyal customer and support his business. Instead I left in tears feeling extremely uncomfortable and belittled.
