Tammy was a great and non-judgmental listener :) It's not easy sharing one's poor eating choices with someone, knowing all too well that these choices are not great. Tammy Johnston is an awesome Nutritionist. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and very welcoming. She listens to your concerns and gives multiple suggestions to help you on your health journey. My son and I are very lucky to have found her. I would highly recommend her for both children and adults!
