They get a good rating, maybe for just doing a regular tax return, but if you have a cross border one to be done for a deceased person go somewhere else. They did not seem to know what documentation they needed, and it took them over a month to even begin the return. This despite my calling once a week to see where they were at. They never had an answer and never got back to me to let me know.
