Tamara is such an amazing herbalist. I live in regional NSW so it can be hard to get services locally, but Tamara is available for Telehealth and can instantly update my vital.ly account for any supplements and vitamins she recommends. I love her pragmatic and holistic approach, she considers all options and designs a realistic regime to help get you back on track. Tam has worked wonders with various health concerns of both mine and my children. Don’t know where I would be without her!
