I first started patronizing Tam Bikes when they were located closer to Tam Junction & they were great -- friendly, helpful, conscientious. Then they moved to their present location & things began to change. Second to the last time I brought my bike in for service they neglected a few items which I had to adjust on my own. I thought anyone could have a bad day & miss something so I continued to go there.
