Decent furniture and Don the salesman in Hudsonville was good. Had a small issue with pillows and ownership wouldn’t do anything except charge $$ to order new ones. After spending 3k on a couch and chair, I’m sure there is a small profit for customer service. It was a great store when grandpa started and ran the store, as he would make it right for customers. Lots of choices for next purchase, won’t be Talsma
We ordered a sofa and loveseat in June and were told approximately 8 weeks until delivery. It keeps getting pushed back, currently with a mid-Nov production date. I realize there may be production delays, but Talmsa could've handled this better. We currently have an empty living room and never imagined (or were properly informed) in June we'd be lucky to have furniture by the holidays.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Talsma and would not recommend buying furniture from them. We purchased a nice sectional from them 4 years ago and have had nothing but issues with it and they are now refusing to work with us on cushions that are falling apart. Their service team is unprofessional and ignoring my questions and just sending me the phone number for the manufacturer. A nice sectional should last more than 4 years and a company should also stand by their products and manufacturers.
I will never go to Talsma furniture again. I was told they would fix one cushion by someone for free and and I chose not to do all the because that would cost me some money. The service lady was very rude and hung up on me. Will not step foot in the store again. The couch is crap! Their delivery guys are wonderful!
RecommendedWe love our new couch. We’re waiting on the loveseat yet, but the timeline was thoroughly explained to us. The gentleman thy helped us at the Holland location was super helpful. The delivery men were very professional and polite as well.

Bought a living room set on July 3. Was promised delivery in max of 2 weeks with items straight from the factory. It is now September 8 and still no furniture. And if it wasn't for us calling once a month to find out what is going on we wouldn't be hearing anything at all. Same excuse every time, the vendor didn't send us as many as we expected but it should be on the next truck in a couple weeks.
