The owners sell you property with crappy mobile home they never come fix, and then turn property around you into a trailer park setting. Make offers on size of land, then cut it down right at signing. They did it to my family and their neighbors. The parcels of land that they cut went to other mobile homes a year later when they said they only needed that land as a right away. They depreciated these homes by squeezing 2 more mobile homes right in the back yards that's about 10 yards wide!! My family has been there a little o... read more
