The owners sell you property with crappy mobile home they never come fix, and then turn property around you into section 8 type mobile home park. Make deals on size of land then cut it down right at signing. They did it to my family and their neighbors. The parcels of land that they cut went to other mobile homes when they said they only needed that land as a right away. Beautiful home and helpful staff
By far the WORST mobile home sales I know of!!! My son purchased a trailer from them and after they delivered it and set it up they were supposed to come back and fix several things but they have not returned. After they hooked up his a/c unit he hasn’t seen them since and they will not answer when he calls. Got home and turned on the a/c and no air was flowing out the vents. Looked under the trailer and all the duct work is destroyed that feeds the house.
