I have my car note from here. Despite being assured that my loan due date had been changed when we initially set up our autopay, it had not. Original due date was the 6th of the month, requested to change to the 20th to match my autopay. Due to their 14-day grace period, everything was fine, at first. However, due to the CU NOT doing their job, anytime the autopay cleared after the 20th, due to weekends, I got hit with a late payments, reported to the credit bureaus.
