Can't recommend Tall Tree enough. Great mechanics that know their stuff and have fair pricing for service. I've always had quick turnarounds and have had small fixes done on the spot.

Excellent range of bikes and equipment and non corporate fluff common sense customer service. Real bike experts and enthusiasts.
My bike was dropped off on June 22nd, and we were told the repair would be done within an hour. After days of no updates, multiple phone calls and an email — all unanswered — I finally got through to someone who told me the bike wasn’t ready and they’d call me when it was done. That call never came. When my partner followed up again, they told him it had already been completed — with no notice. Fantastic experience getting my bike repaired here. New tires, brake pads, and some other things done within 30mins of showing up to the shop. Very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and efficient staff.
