My bike was dropped off on June 22nd, and we were told the repair would be done within an hour. After days of no updates, multiple phone calls and an email — all unanswered — I finally got through to someone who told me the bike wasn’t ready and they’d call me when it was done. Fantastic experience getting my bike repaired here. New tires, brake pads, and some other things done within 30mins of showing up to the shop. Very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and efficient staff.
Always excellent service. Chain wrapped around hub and completely jammed. Arrived and was back out in about 45 minutes. Thank you again Andrew. Appreciate that you put things aside to help me. Typical of my experience at Tall Trees. I'm Grateful
