Called and spoke with someone explaining my situation. I informed him that I emailed them through their website and would await their reply so I could email them photos. No reply. I guess they don't want my business. 🫤👎

They are very good at explaining how their stoves operate and what makes a quality wood pellet.
Very nice people to talk to. Very fast and excellent service. Blower motor went bad on our pellet stove and a technician was sent that same day and repaired it. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Second pellet stove we purchased from here and we are very satisfied with it and the people at Tall Pines.
