Purchased some bedding in early 22, recently had an issue and spoke to customer service. They sent me, free of charge a brand new set of linens. This company is awesome. Made in America really does mean something to them. Bob Stafford
Here you can see one of the poorest designed websites that did not allow me to select bamboo thread as a first and second choice and defaulted to sateen, which I detest. The website is scrunched in the middle even tho there is plenty of space on both sides. As a Human Factors Engineer and website developer, I would have been fired for putting out something this poor. I was initially excited to see that there is a place to get a custom bad for my tall son but now I'm struggling because we still haven't gotten what we purchased. There's also no tracking numbers available. I put in a custom bed order in November and still haven't received my full order. I have the mattress but no frame or box spring. Although Paul has been responsive it's a long wait to not get the full order.
Great customer care and service. This is my second order from them and they will get another when we're ready.

I recently bought my second fitted sheet for my king split-head adjustable Sleep Number bed. Both are 600 thread count with the optional elastic straps and wings and I could not be happier. My wife is a firm 85 and I like a soft 25 and we adjust the head of the bed regularly. The sheets are very comfortable and really do stay in place with the wings. I actually made a mistake on my second order. I called Tall Paul who gladly looked up and duplicated my first order which I had intended to do.
