Was referred in November 2024 have been on the waiting list ever since. July 20th 2025 I rang to say I needed to talk to someone asap, was told I’d be called back the next week. Three weeks later, no contact No idea how people are supposed to get help

I had two visits as I remember or it might have been three They give me a memory assessment as well They lied in a letter and said I passed the memory assessment They said I was too complex to start with And discharged me Completely useless from start to finish

Terrible service. 6 sessions and you're out.Was late for the first one so didn't get any therapy. Missed this week due to cancer injections and was told they could quickly review over the phone to get it over and done with. I asked for emdr for past trauma and we never even looked at my childhood trauma or change any distressing memories. Dont be fooled like me.A nice demeanour doesn't mean they care and can't wait to sign you off even though they never addressed any of your ptsd or trauma.

Absolutely shocking service, I have ADHD and have asked for a reasonable adjustment as per the equality act to have a phone call in the morning to remind me of appointments yet they can’t even do that. Second, if I miss two appointments I’m struck off so asked for this reasonable adjustment but as I said they say they can’t do that.
