Went for my sMsung tablet screen replacing, the first instance, the sensitivity was poor and talk and text refused to do anything about it until I mentioned my consumer written act and walked away, he called me to come back. After waiting 11 days I called the shop to chase a response up, The screen was replaced again however now the screen glitches after 20 minutes use, it goes black with white lines. To resolve the matter the app used needs to be closed and reopened.
