I found the 10 week program very useful for my 10 yo with anxiety. I think having someone else other than me take time and give space to her feelings really helped, and gave her tools to use. She definitely has improved and matured in her emotional regulation and always really looked forward to going. Kys was very responsive, helpful and kind and offered support to both our daughter but also to us parents trying to figure out how to best help. I would definitely recommend .

My 8 year old daughter was suffering from extreme anxiety and panic attacks. I had a referral to a psychologist but it was a 3 month waiting list. My daughter needed help straight away, thankfully I found Kys. Kys is a miracle worker and thanks to her I have my happy confident daughter back.
