Saying I don't know is a very rare trait. But when a business does not do that it should just be counted as a scam. Went there to fix my phone, it was not powering on. The person there did something and charged me 40 dollars. But as I started walking it broke again right there. He could not figure out what was happening. Instead of accepting that he is incapable of doing the job he just took 40 dollars for, he started making some nonsense reasons.
