My son had a large grain of sand embedded into the charging port of his iPhone. We tried multiple ways to dislodge it at home with no success. We brought it in and the young lady who assisted us had the phone back up and running in no time. Will return for any future phone issues that arise.
Brought my phone here Friday because it would not turn on. The guy took it a part and tested everything in front of me and showed me it was the motherboard that wasn’t working. Said he would need to keep it for 3 days and I paid a deposit. Then 3 days later I get a text that it’s the charging port and they need to order the part and it will take another 2-3 days. I say ok.
