I would like to retract my previous review of BBB & i apologize for the inappropriate language i used to describe the owner & any staff.
Shockingly unprofessional, rude & abusive behavior...by the OWNER, Bob!! I work for my boss who has hundred of people on his team in various States, so we've been using TF for a few yrs now. Recently TF decided to renovate some of its applications. I was forced into using one of its "New" applications & had serious problems w/it. However, Talk Fusion will not allow any person to be abusive and curse at Talk Fusion Support personnel. ***'s behavior was thoroughly unprofessional and unacceptable.
