This spot is a GEM!! Awesome staff, great energy, and cold tubs and sauna are top notch. Different temp tubs to cater your preferences is that touch of detail and care this place provides. It's a daily process for me and those who see the benefits. Would come here everyday if I lived here, but I'm just visiting for 2 months and my daily membership here is my heaven away from my home setup. Was excited to visit this space after seeing very positive reviews on ClassPass. The cold plunge tubs were not tended to enough and became warmer than they should have. One of the washrooms had a missing toilet flush button. The towel stack inside the facility (not the stack at the entrance) was not maintained so had to go to the entrance for more.
