I’ve really enjoyed Tality each time I’ve visited. However it seems some general maintenance and attention to detail is being missed by ownership making the experience less relaxing/inviting. The onsite staff were great and attentive to surface level cleaning/hosting and the overall vibe is positive. -This time I noticed a large amount black mold in the sauna under all the seats, wood walls, and tile floor. Love this place. When I was leaving I tossed my robe in the bin, not realizing my necklaces were still in the pocket. I had taken them off because the sauna was so hot (love) that they were hurting my neckline. It wasn’t until I was sitting on a long haul flight without Internet that evening when I realized what happened. I panicked and reached out as soon as I landed. Ava went out of her way to find them for me, I honestly couldn’t believe how wonderful she was. So grateful. Incredible service and a great team.
