This bank is still trash!! Customer service sucks and they take advantage of elderly people telling them what they can and cant spend their money on. Ive never seen anything like it in my life. And talk about gossip about customers n speak sly remarks. Just total trash
Absolute trash service. Was told point blank I could not open a secondary checking account for local services since I was going to continue with USAA for primary account. I will encourage any and all to go elsewhere... especially my fellow veterans.
This bank does not know what customer service is and they don't care because theythink people in a small rural town don't have choices. They charge for everything. And they don't care that you've been a customer for decades. Try over $5 for your bank statement. For something that literally takes 1 minute to do you pay out the nose for when other banks charge a small fee or do it for free in most cases. I don't recommend this bank. They are a horrible.
