RecommendedI wish I could wear all the beautiful winter clothes on display, so I just looked at her. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I bought a couple of dresses and took them home soon by my pants and jackets. We are fortunate to have her at home.
I love Talbot’s & almost never wear anything else. I’m 70 years old, size 0 petite, and a retired professional woman. The clothes always fit perfectly, are flattering and stylish without ever looking juvenile. What more could I ask for?
I wish I could wear all of the beautiful winter clothes on display but I live in California so just looked. Staff very helpful and friendly. I did buy a pair of pants and had them sent to my house
Worst customer service ever. Spent well over $100 dollars on a gift for my grandmother. It didn't fit her so I just wanted to exchange for store credit to buy her pants she would be more comfortable in. They wouldn't even exchange for what the pants were worth on sale. TERRIBLE company who doesn't care about customer loyalty. Will be shopping at J Jill foe my grandmother going forward. They at least treat customers like human beings.
