I have gone in this Talbots pretty much every year. My mother loves their clothes and I get her something there almost every Christmas. Sadly, the service I get going in there by myself or with my sister, and with mother is a total 180. I am in my twenties, dress nice, and act respectful - but the amount of dirty looks I receive is crazy! It's like they want me out of their store as quickly as possible. I gave them two stars because they are almost always able to get what I'm looking for, but judgmental beyond belief.
I love their selection. You can go in there for work attire, Sunday Church or just special occasions. When they have a sale, you must stock up! I am surprised I am the first to leave a comment or review.
If I could give negative stars, I would. This facility's sales associates were abysmal at best. I went here after I received a birthday gift from my mother in law and wanted to return as it wasn't my taste. Granted, I had just gotten off of a long shift at a local medical center, so I didn't look as presentable as I normally would. I took the gift item up to the counter and an older sales associate barely acknowledged me and finally I had to ask her if she could help me. Talbots received a new toilet and has not paid for it. They contracted my services through SOS Facility Services. I have phoned several times to the store and to their corporate offices and I have gotten nothing by the run around from both Talbots and SOS. They received a new toilet and My small plumbing company has not been paid. It just not right. SOS is a scam company and Talbots is hiring them and vendors are getting stiffed rather than paid. It's been in the mall since day one and they have the nicest clothes. The staff is very attentive. Whenever I need something really nice for an occassion, I always go there first.
Talbots is a fave of mine because of its timeless classical apparel.

this is a nice store for women's clothes. they are not too pricey and nice quality
Kind of expensive. I like the look of the store. You won't find many deals here. I like the selection it has to offer.
