If u have never been here, it is a must to see, prices are slashed beyond belief! It is all quality Talbot clothing and any size, color or fabric is here in this store.
My husband waited for 20 minutes the other day. Yes it was busy when he arrived, but even when it quieted down, he still had no help. He was so mad he walked out!
The service I received at this store was superb. Kathy went the extra mile to find the shirt I wanted in my size online, and to call the store to order it for me & have it sent to my home.
A very good store with high quality clothing and accessories. Lots of sales going on. Employees are nice
Good quality clothing, helpful sales staff, clean dressing rooms. This is a smaller store so you won't be over powered by too much merchandise and too many people. They have really good sales. If it's not on sale, the prices are a little high.
We were early for a lunch appointment, so we stopped at the mall in Napa. I had been looking for some print tops, and made out like a bandit. I found 5 colorful tops at really good prices. The clerk helping me was great at finding sizes, etc.
Love this store! Cannot beat the quality for stylish and professional clothes. Have been a customer for years!
Talbots has a nice variety of well-made clothing as well as accessory items like jewelry and scarfs. They also carry a wide range of sizes, including petite items. Their personnel are always willing to help find sizes and matching or coordinating items.
I recently bought a top for my grandmother it didn't fit the way she would like so she tried returning it, they said they couldn't refund her (she had a gift receipt which if it's store policy I understand) my problem is not that they wouldn't refund her but that they acted like she was beneath them and wanting cash back which she didn't she just asked that they put it back on my card .
