I’ve been to many Talbots store from Northern CA to Southern CA, and this one at the Forum at Carlsbad is my favorite one. The store has decent quantities of the stuff I like, and the staff is very friendly. They are helpful to set up fitting room and also look for a size to order for me if not available in store. I bought most of my everyday wear here.

There are so many classy people who are friendly and helpful working here. We LOVE shopping at Talbots
I order online from Talbots as I am able to get my size and apply coupons/codes easily. Several times though I need to return items so I hop into this store and also do a little browsing. In the past I've had no issues until yesterday. Whoever is the new older lady working at Talbots (she was there approx 4pm on 01/18/23), needs to be thoroughly retrained, especially in customer service manners.
