I've been shopping at Talbots for about 10 years. Although their clothes are expensive, they have good quality. The ladies are rude and non existent since their priority is unpacking boxes.

Adria the sales manager at Southlake was so sweet!! I had an outfit we bought in Traverse City, MI for my mom as a Christmas gift and had lost the receipt. I tried to exchange or return it at the University store in Ft. Worth and the lady assisting me was so rude. She treated me like I was an idiot and kept repeating their store policy to me over and over like I didn't understand the first time.
