What a delightful store! It is arranged beautifully with the most wonderful sales clerks! Talbots always has beautiful and classic clothing.
Rude clerks on Tuesday Sept. 9th, 2014. Told me there was nothing for me in the store. Older sales clerk whispered in front of me, something to younger clerk, then told me there was nothing in the store for me. I am plus size and didn't know that store didn't carry those sizes as Governor's Square Mall does.

I am a reg Talbots customer & have never had to return anything. I bought a top last week which the sales associated helped me with the correct size. When I put it on at home, I realized it was too tight in the arms but fit well everyplace else. Back at the store, I tried to get a bigger size, however, the arms were still too small & the rest of the fit was way too big. The original Talbots on Forsyth Road was a wonderful place to shop. They had excellent customer service and a very nice variety of well made clothes. I have shopped at the new Talbots at River Crossing and have been extremely dissatisfied with the clothing and the service. "Just look over there and you should find it." Camp Hill store is very snobby and upitty. Go to the Susquehanna location in Harrisburg off 81 it is very friendly and helpful.
