All the ladies, most notably Melonie, are always very helpful when I come here shopping with my 82 year old mother. I highly recommend this Talbots location!!
Went to three stores and not one addressed me. Was looking for a pair of shoes and the only store of the three who was pleasant and supportive was Talbots Lincolnshire. Rebecca thank you for your help and being so pleasant: I'll be back.
very nice dressing rooms, and got excellent service from employees
Love this store! It is nicer than the other Talbot stores in the area BUT they should learn how to do price adjustments over the phone without coming into the store. Spoke with their main customer service dept and the price adjustment was completed also informed that the adjustment could have been done by the store and over the phone.
