I've been shopping at Talbots for years after my daughter, Marsh Marsh, began buying my clothes there in 2008. I am 88 yrs old and only wear Talbot clothes. Always get compliments on my clothes. Kim and the girls there are the greatest.

I went to the store Saturday am, to help my mother look for pants. She is a very small woman, so I headed over to the petite section to look for something that might fit her. She remained on the other side of the store. A woman greeted me, asked me if I needed help finding anything. I told her no thank you, and continued to search. She then went on to ask me if I realized that I was in the petite section (I am a bigger woman) I was very offended. I gave the 2 star because we were able to find pants that fit.
