I've been a loyal customer of Talbots, specifically, the Chester store for many years. In terms of purchases for myself, I probably spend a few thousand dollars there annually. Up until April of this year, I probably spent another $2K/year on gifts for my mother and mother-in-law. Isabel, the manager at that store is great and always ensures great customer service.
