Never received items I ordered on 12.16 from Talbots Outlets. They claim their tracking says it was delivered but I did not receive. I asked Talbots to let me know how package was sent, to confirm address sent to, and who signed for the package. Their only response is their tracking claims I received the items I ordered. I did not!
